Type VPS / VPR rotary valves

These rotary valves are available in a wide range of capacities and designs. If you need a specific valve to feed a product smoothly from a silo, the VPR with its round inlet might be the right choice. The VPR is a rotary valves with low leakage air loss and a very good seal. Pressure differences of up to 1 bar are no problem for the VPR either.

The VPS is a very special rotary valve, which is even more careful with your precious product than the rest of our range of valves. This is because the VPS is equipped with a rotor that is closed at the sides. This prevents your product from coming into contact with the valve and largely prevents bruising. Think for example of products such as coffee beans. Because of its specific purpose, this sluice is somewhat less leak-tight, and is suitable for pressure differences up to 0.2 bar.

These valves are optionally available with a special rotor developed to avoid ''bruising'' the product passing through the sluice.

These valves are ideal for installation under a filter or cyclone

Thanks to its high airtightness and low tolerance, this rotary valve is widely applicable.
