JACOB launches sustainable E-drive product line: electric, efficient and future‑proof
JACOB proudly presents the new E‑drive series – an innovative expansion of the standard portfolio that fully embraces electric drive technology. With more than 500 standardized solutions for valve boxes and 2‑way distributors, this series offers a powerful, flexible and environmentally friendly alternative to pneumatic systems.
Electrically driven, maximum efficiency
The E‑drive products deliver fast switching times, strong actuation power and easily adjustable end positions without the need for tools. Thanks to their fully electric operation and compatibility with modern control systems such as MODBUS, CANBUS, TCP/IP and IO‑Link, they can be seamlessly integrated into existing installations.
Sustainability
Switching from pneumatic to electric actuation can save up to 40 kg of CO₂ per year – equivalent to the production of 30 kg of paper. Our calculations also show that the higher initial investment in electric actuation pays off over time through reduced energy consumption and lower maintenance costs.
